SHIPPING AND RETURNS

Your order will ship Expedited with Canada Post.  It will usually ship within 2-3 days.

Canadian orders: 

• Shipping is $10.00 and FREE on orders over $99.00 before tax
  

US orders:

• WE ARE NOT CURRENTLY SHIPPING ORDERS TO THE USA DUE TO THE CONFUSION AROUND NEW TARIFFS AND DUTIES.  WE HOPE TO RESUME SHIPPING ONCE THINGS BECOME CLEARER.

Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Returned items must be in their original condition unworn, undamaged, and must be accompanied by the original packing slip. Once your refund is processed you will be notified via email.  Please allow up to 10-days for your return to be processed. 

We are not able to accept returns or offer exchanges/refunds on the following:

• Sale items
• Pierced earrings

CANADIAN ORDERS

Your order is subject to Canadian taxes, which will be calculated at check out based on your shipping address.

USA and INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Your order may be subject to duties and taxes outside of the sale and shipping costs. We do not take any responsibilities for any duties and taxes that may be applied to your package once it crosses the border. On occasion, custom agents may delay delivery of a package; therefore, We cannot guarantee a delivery date.
